Your tasks:

• You are responsible for the overall operations in our restaurants: Caesar Ritz (13 points Gault Millau), Del Ponte, Fondue-Stübli, hotel bar with hotel lobby and room service
• You manage a team of up to 18 employees
• You are ready to actively help in all areas
• Personal and cordial guest care is important to you
• You work with the Gastronovi reservation system
• You maintain a lively exchange with our F&B Manager You work hand in hand: orders, work schedules, internal training and much more
• You help with the coordination of F&B events
• Compliance with and control of HACCP hygiene regulations is a matter of course for you

What you should bring with you:

• You are a host with heart and soul
• You are a service-orientated person with a love of detail and perfection
• After completing your training in the hotel and catering industry, you have already gained a few years of experience in a management role
• You know the ins and outs of upscale catering
• You have a competent and charming demeanour
• Your entrepreneurial thinking helps you in your daily work 
• You have a very good command of German, English and French
