Your tasks at the Front Office:

• Welcome and assist our international guests with genuine hospitality and 5-star service.
• Create unforgettable guest experiences from arrival to departure.
• Handle and manage reservations for the hotel and our three restaurants.
• Coordinate closely with all hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Act as a knowledgeable and reliable contact person throughout our guests' stay.

Your tasks as Relief Night Auditor: 

• Take care of our guests during the night.
• Manage late check-ins and early check-outs, including guest transfers with our electric vehicle.
• Carry out hotel inspections, security rounds and guest safety checks.
• Perform various transport, housekeeping support and waste disposal tasks.
• Complete administrative Front Office duties and the daily financial closing.
• Verify and post daily revenues.
• Act as the responsible person for the hotel during the night.
• Prepare selected dishes from our Room Service menu when required.

What you should bring with you:

• A genuine passion for hospitality and teamwork.
• A warm, positive and service-oriented personality.
• Completed vocational training and several years of professional experience in Switzerland.
• A professional appearance and confident manner.
• A valid Category B driving licence.
• Good command of German, English and French.
• Reliability, flexibility and attention to detail.
