Your tasks:

  • Lead and manage all hotel kitchen operations, both strategically and operationally
  • Develop creative and seasonal menus
  • Ensure smooth and efficient kitchen workflows
  • Lead, motivate, and train the kitchen team
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with hygiene and quality standards (HACCP)
  • Plan and control purchasing activities and inventory levels
  • Maintain consistently high food quality standards
  • Oversee and support the training and development of apprentices
  • Drive and inspire the team to maintain or improve our 14 GaultMillau points

What you should bring with you:

  • Completed vocational training as a chef
  • Professional experience in the hotel and hospitality industry
  • A structured, organized, and creative approach to work
  • Strong quality awareness and attention to detail
  • Resilience, reliability, and the ability to work independently
  • A team-oriented mindset with a passion for gastronomy
  • A service-focused personality with a keen eye for detail and precision
  • Good command of German and English
  • Professional experience in Switzerland
