Your tasks:

• You are the personal contact for our guests
• You provide information about the hotel, the surrounding area, events and cultural offers
• Organising and booking transfers, restaurant reservations, climbing tours, guided ski tours, excursions, etc. are part of your daily tasks. Here you work partly with the hotel's internal, mostly digital programmes (Protel AIR, Gastronovi, Hotelkit....)
• Support with special guest requests and individual concerns
• Cooperation with all departments to ensure a smooth process is important to you
• You maintain the networks with local service providers and partner companies
• You look after our hotel guests including VIP guests
• You handle guest correspondence before, during and after the guests' stay

What you should bring with you:

• You have completed training in the hotel industry or have relevant professional experience in a comparable position
• You offer excellent service and service orientation
• You have very good manners and a confident, well-groomed appearance
• You have excellent communication skills in German, French and English (other languages are an advantage)
• You are an organisational talent, discretion and resilience are your strengths
• You have sound local knowledge and a good network in the region
• You are familiar with the F&B area and are also helpful to our guests there
